Shirley Arévalo Malaver has a strong background in Intellectual Property, Civil Litigation, Real State Law, Contract Law, Inmigration Law and Corporate Law.

In the area of Intellectual Property, she has experience advising our clients on the registration, renewals and amending actions of distinctive signs. She represents our clients on the formulation and defense of oppositions, cancellation, nullity and infringement actions before INDECOPI

Attorney with a solid background in Civil Litigation matters, with wide experience in sponsoring cases before the Judicial Authorities, particularly in civil and public procurement. Her specialty is focused on contractual disputes, commercial, administrative proceedings and debt recovery processes.

In the Contractual Field, Ms. Arevalo has extensive experience in negotiation, preparation and execution of civil contracts (such as sale, lease, loan, lease of services and projects, supply, usufruct, surface, easement, preliminary agreements, etc.) ; commercial contracts (such as franchising, licensing of trademarks, know-how transfer, joint venture, trust, distribution, concession, consignment, sponsorship, among others), as well as guarantee contracts (such as mortgage, bond, guarantee trusts, security interest ,among others).

In Immigration Law practice, she is focused on procedures of immigration forms, immigration qualities, restrictions and impediments to enter a country, stay and residence, and authorizations, entry, stay, residence, immigration status changes.

In Corporate law, she has a long experience in the commercial law field, which includes advising regarding the constitution, maintenance, reorganization, merger and liquidation of companies or branches
