In the field of Intellectual Property, Abraham Ramirez advises our clients in the registration, renewal and amending actions of distinctive signs. He represents our clients in the development and defense of oppositions, cancellation actions, nullity and infringement actions before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI). Likewise, he also prepares license agreements, transfer and coexistence agreements of distinctive signs, as well as those necessary for the development of advertising campaigns and promotions.

In the field of consumer protection, Abraham Ramirez assists our clients against claims brought by consumers before INDECOPI as well as developing the legal defense strategy against procedures initiated by consumers or by INDECOPI itself, at the Consumer Protection Commission of INDECOPI.

In the contractual field, Mr. Ramirez has extensive experience in negotiation, preparation and execution of civil contracts (such as sale, lease, loan, lease of services and projects, supply, usufruct, surface, easement, preliminary agreements, etc.) ; commercial contracts (such as franchising, licensing of trademarks, know-how transfer, joint venture, trust, distribution, concession, consignment, sponsorship, among others), as well as guarantee contracts (such as mortgage, bond, guarantee trusts, security interest ,among others).
